Support from Incarcerated Parents

On May 27, 2008, Governor Ritter signed House Bill 08-1342, Concerning Measures to Improve Child Support Enforcement, which added a provision to C.R.S. 14-10-115(5)B9b)(1) stating that no income will be imputed to an incarcerated parent sentenced to a year or more.
